I lived in Orange County during the height of the popularity of The OC TV show. My life was nothing like the show, but it was still great. I was a young professional, first single (living with my best friends), then newly married. We would go to Disneyland regularly (we had annual passes so could go any time we wanted), or to the beach, or even day trips to Mexico (yes, we did that). In a lot of ways, my life was better than the TV show, because we didn’t have all the crazy drama, because we weren’t a dramatic TV show. 😅 SoCal has winter, but it’s not very different to summer. It’s still usually warm and sunny, although the beach is chilly and windy year-round. A sweater/jumper or light jacket were all you needed. I really miss the fashion from that era. Low-waisted flared jeans! Empire-waist tank tops and sundresses! Platform sandals and flip flops! Just wearing concealer, mascara, and shimmery lip gloss! And, yes, a lot of girls smelled like vanilla and coconut, or “sporty” scents like Clinique Happy.
i love these so much! so excited for the serena one and id love to see an elle woods master class shes literally my fav ever!! got the mindset mastered its just the wardrobe😣😣and i agree so much on the bondi sands liquid gold its THE BEST i hate those thick tans that you have to sleep in and wash off so its just perfect💘💘
