I just can't understand this company at all on what galaxy is this an even for f2p player's? Since u run out of keys before u even get anywhere near pity? Instead u could put a limited amount points (for f2p since whales could just buy those points and skip the grind) that players could grind for and let them choose any reward they want (like any other games) for example u could grind all the points for the main reward or just use them to buy other less expensive rewards in case u aren't interested in it but nah why care about ur f2p players when u got the whales that like to spend thousands apon thousands of dollars on ur game. Truth be told I wish u didn't make those garbage events and just make it clear that u want whales to pay for ur game instead of giving f2p players hope that maybe just maybe we can get a honest event that we can farm and get the rewards we want
