my son has AFRID, avoidant food restriction intake disorder. It is common with kids with sensory issues. You are doing wonderful. Way too many parents force their kids to eat foods that trigger their sensory issues refusing to believe its painful for them to do so (sensory issues are absolutely akin to pain). You working to find more safe foods for him made me like you and your channel even more as it is rare and beautiful to see. The most important thing to remember with kids who have trouble eating (due to sensory issues) is "fed is best". You will find yourself being creative like you never knew you could and throwing away a lot of ideals about healthy food (to a point). For example, my kid refused to eat so much when he was 2 that he had an iron deficiency. He already had sensory and taste issues, no way was he taking the iron supplements. I did some research and learned that vitamin c helps with iron absorption. So I started giving him sunny d with his cream of wheat, cheerios, and oatmeal. His iron was back to normal next test. He used to terrify me at two because before he started eating oatmeal and cream of wheat, he wouldn't eat anything but cheerios and peanut butter. That is how I learned fed is best, it took months of me shaming myself for not giving him what he needs until my grandfather assured me he is not starving. My son also went through food therapy and it helped a bit. Now he is 11 and while there are a lot of foods he wont eat, he does eat way more. Like I can not get him to eat chili to save my life but he will eat a cheeseburger with just ketchup so we keep hamburgers in the house. I definitely cant get him to eat soups either and medicine is still a challenge but he does a little better with that. I know my comment is a long one, but hopefully it helps a bit with assuring you.
I’m glad you and your son were able to figure it out, and that was smart to use Vitamin C to help him get his iron. (That’s actually something they teach us in nursing school so I thought that was cool) Thank you for being so patient and mindful to help him be healthy
Your comment needed to be the length it was in order to communicate how you acquired your knowledge and so others could identify with the story. It is so gracious of you to tell what happened and how it was resolved: this is not an uncommon problem! My son had sensory issues along with another diagnosis but people had so much trouble understanding my advocacy, even when he was a baby! (He's in his 30s now.) Your honesty warms my heart, to realize you could be helping many people who deal with this and want to cope as well as they can and in a positive way without shame, etc. Thank you so much- such beautiful understanding and fierce mama-advocacy is a prized thing. Good for you!-- This is why I read the TH-cam comments- because people like you share.💖💖
Great video! People on the internet can be so mean. I am currently cleaning out my grandparents house after they passed away. It has been crazy, I also have depression and anxiety so it's really hard to stay focused and motivated. With the combination of OCD your videos are really helping me
Regarding the disposal of chemicals: in our area, we call the waste management company which serves our county for trash/garbage/lawn debris... They will answer any questions we have about specific items and give general help in evaluating what we want to rid ourselves of. Last time I did a major clean in the garage, I wrote down the names of all products by type and used the list as a discussion point when calling the company. Made notes beside each item as I went along in conversation so I knew what to do when I got back to the source... They even told how to "package" everything until they could come and get it so we would be safe in the meantime! Enlightening to say the least but the rep was very glad to give information and all was picked up or taken to a processing center if ineligible for pick up. Hope this helps- so pleased you are being careful about what are essentially poisons for people and animals. Great job!
we all have a pantry like yours from time to time if kids are sick or quite a bit going on so the pantry gets neglected. It happens not matter how are you try to keep up, being in the Northeast climate you always have more just in case of a snow storm to tide you over. i have had a week go by before I could get my car out so take a deep breath! All is good! You have the best organization videos! Love the fireplace what a difference it makes in your living room!
My son was similar! We had to work up verrrry slowly- starting with foods that had a smooth texture to lumpier and more solid. But slowly. He’s five now and eats like a champ. I know it’s discouraging and frustrating, but it will get better!
You asked if we had some ideas about what to do with extra or aging foodstuffs... Here's what I do- I contacted an animal rescue in the next town where they have a little bit of all kinds of creatures, mostly wildlife like ducks, possums, raccoons, all kinds of birds and odd circus animals (we're in a circus retirement area)... I explained what I had and they asked me to leave it in the original container (if possible) and bring it to them. This included cereal, crackers, seeds, nuts, breads without mold, dry beans, greens if not wilted, and the like. I included whatever I was not sure of and they decided onsite. It was used, after inspection, to feed animals whose diets were consistent with the product. As we eat pretty well- healthy- the items were useful. Even snack bars, crumbled or broken, were used as long as they weren't sugary. Our rice (uncooked) was taken by their rescue team who would put it in old socks, tie them off, and heat in a microwave to make a 'warm buddy' for baby animals who were cold/wet/abandoned/lost! Oatmeal was a favorite, I was told. I was amazed at what the people there imagined to do! They had a veterinary supervisor and I left it up to them to decide.--- I also took food to Goodwill donation stations when they advertised with a signboard outside the station they accepted food donations. They collected it and a food bank came and picked it up weekly.-- My mother tells me people bring food to the break room in her workplace and leave it on a table marked "FREE" that anyone can access.-- Hope this is helpful.-- Nice of you to care about this!
Honestly I think you have all a person could only dream for - the home, the family, the freedom of getting anything you want and experimenting, swapping stuff etc and also expressing yourself through your home by changing furnitures, organizing etc ❤
This was my new year's resolution to declutter and organize!! I'm doing great!! So very proud of myself... love watching/listening to others declutter and organize... I've donated alot!!
Thank you for being realistic. It really helps with motivation lol I think to get rid of things, something cool is to join local groups and give items away to families in need who maybe otherwise couldn't afford it. It can be anything too, like an old toaster or old toys, old clothes, opened (obviously unused) diapers ,.and even unused baby food. It also feels kinda like an obligation once you post it (which helps me go through with it) and you can also have them come pick it up or meet them somewhere close by. Somehow knowing someone is getting use out of whatever makes it easier to let go of for me.
At 2 years old my children were in a regular bed because they were climbing out of crib by then. Used normal size pillows, sheets and blankets. During winter I used one piece zipper front pajamas with footies. My children loved them.
Mine, too. They were climbers and could get out of their crib at 11 months. We removed the crib and put its mattress on the floor. You do what you need to do!
32:12 hi, I am and was a picky eater for my entire childhood. I’m an adult now and I’ve really pinpointed it’s mostly textures that bother me, besides a few flavors that make me gag. I have some safe foods that I fall back to, but I am much better at eating a better variety now. I found out through trial and error how to cook things like vegetables to help me eat more of them. It’s mostly just working with the difficulties, figuring out what it is about a food that you don’t like, and really paying attention to what you do like. I go through waves where I’ll be much less picky, and waves where I’ll be really picky again, mostly when I’m stressed it’s harder to eat. So, don’t be upset if it seems like sometimes he eats really well and doesn’t have many issues, then suddenly doesn’t eat a lot again, and can’t handle as many types of foods again. Sometimes, I find it helps to have foods that aren’t complicated, as in they don’t have a lot of different things mixed together (I still prefer to eat noodles and spaghetti sauce separately if I can). Help teach him to pay attention to his hunger and if he’s hungry help him get something he will eat. Because that’s of course the most important thing is you’re just trying to keep him healthy. You sound like you’re doing a good job, just keep introducing your son to new things, and try different ways of cooking them. When he gets bigger, you can start involving him in the cooking process so he can help add ingredients and see what kind of stuff goes into making food, which I found helped me as well. It’s also really good you’re talking to a doctor to rule out health problems, you are doing a good job and I also just wanted to say that. This advice isn’t a catch all, of course, I’m just a random TH-cam commenter, but I have struggled with eating my whole life and because I’ve figured out how to work with my body, it is much easier.
Enjoyed this so much! Thank you.-- Must say your hair looks lovely: really like the ombre effect when it is hanging behind your back in a length... -- Don't worry re folding clothes, etc. As you said, you haven't had problems and it's one less thing for you to have to deal with. Much more important stuff on the list of Mom things.-- Pretty house and furniture- like your taste. Congrats on the new fireplace. It gets pretty exciting when we do something new or make an improvement. Enjoy!-- Have a great day!
You're a mom that's trying to keep a clean and organized home and take care of your baby's and it looks like you're doing a good job. Don't be so hard on yourself. I believe you are a good moma who takes great care of your family and home. No parent is perfect, we all have a little bit of clutter or things we need to go through at times... Life is busy! As long as you're children are taken care of and showed plenty of love then you're doing your job. ❤🤱🏻🧸🍼
I'm bad at getting decluttered items out of the house, too. When decluttering toys, and even clothes, see if grandparents or other nearby family members want some. As a grandmother myself, I know i need some toys at my house for when my grandkids ate visiting.
My oldest son went through the same food issues yours is going through. He is 13 now and has slowly increased his number of safe foods, but we still struggle with it. Hang in there, I know how frustrating it can be.
Oh my gosh, My son was a gagger! He got a really bad vomiting bug at 15 months old and was so put off by all food... I struggled with him for years and got help. But it really just took time, he is 18 now and still struggles with textures especially Meat and chicken. Keep offering him the same stuff over and over. Good luck!
You did so well cleaning your garden, shed, and building your new shed. And after it looked a lot better, and you had loads more space. Well done. 🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾❄️
My son wouldn't eat ANYTHING, and now he dips everything in applesauce and will eat it. I mean, pizza, chicken, Salisbury steaks. It's his dipping sauce. No he's not on the spectrum. But this is his dipping sauce we accidentally stumbled upon. Now he's been trying things without when we are out of AS, and he can tolerate. It may help. Good luck, Momma! Thanks for your motivation today!
Hi Catherine 😊 would like to know if you do a no-spend-challenge to avoid new clutter. I am new here 🙌 😊 What I have learned about decluttering is to ask myself a few times if I really need it to avoid Impulse buying. Wishes from West Germany 💕
I have had to lose some foods over the years too. Even with trying your best it just happens. I am like you and will taste stuff after the exp date since a lot of times it's still good. If it's sorta stale I'll put it out for the birds and animals if it's something they can eat and that makes me feel better :)
Watching this, hearing about the summer of rain, someone is always sick with colds or puke bug, a child with a food issue and no extended family nearby to babysit, I lived this life before TH-cam was a popular thing. Maybe if I had seen someone like her (myself) on TH-cam 15 to 20 years ago, I would not have felt like my life was a hopeless, constant struggle or felt so alone. This video helps me see that there really wasn’t anything I could have done differently, short of throwing eighty percent of that stuff away, if my family would have allowed it.
From one to two my daughter only ate tinned peaches and Vegemite on toast. I remember the pain. Mine grew out of it slowly. It gets easier when you can negotiate with them. My daughter is now 14 and eats everything.
I just found your channel. My son is 3.5 years old and has difficulty with foods both flavor and texture (he has a genetic disorder that results in many autistic traits). He has had feeding therapy since 10 months old and still mostly eats purées/smoothies. I know how hard this is especially when family don’t understand. Luckily my son’s preferred flavor is peanut butter, so he will eat oatmeal and smoothies with almost any fruit or veggie added as long as the dominant flavor is peanut butter. My advice is to try to just build on what he feels safe with and celebrate even the smallest victories ❤
Absolutely love this!! Starting in 2024 I will be decluttering my entire house and this has definitely motivated me and given me ideas! Especially the pantry, mine is the same setup but yours is wider so that definitely helped me form a plan
My son is moderate autistic and definitely has the same problem, he didn't eat anything so Drs had to put a port into his stomach. He eats now, chicken and beef and steak & broccoli, his safe food is cheerios.
also past the age of 5 kids can be helping out too, teaching new things and doing tasks together brings people together :) and i might be late but chemicals from the shed can be given to some gardener for free through marketplace
😂 can i admit that i play and listen to you at my work on my airpods. Its like hanging out with a friend. I love your love for you beautiful family and how you care and love for them and your home. ❤❤ sounds creepy now 😂. 😅 im a full time working mom of 5 under 11. Idk how i stumbled on your channel. I saw you declutter your parent's home and it just melted my heart. So I subscribed just for that and started binge watching. There are so many declutter videos with pretty homes and i love how loved and lived in your parents home is. I love how much things she had and how respectful you were of her things. I have the same fear of helping my mom with her hoard 😂 and i loved the whole entire process. You are such a loving daughter and i admire your honesty 😂 with all the mess and im sorry for the haters and their comments. ❤❤❤ after 10+ videos I finally commented. 😂 sorry for my comment vomit. ❤
I have the steam clean on my oven and I like it a lot. it makes most things loose so you can wipe out. It does not get stubborn caked on items but it does get most. Put some vinegar in with the hot water when you do it, it helps. I cook a lot on my channel so I clean my oven a lot! I do the steam clean every 1-2 weeks tops so it stays on top of the mess.
Your vlog is total motivation! 🌟✨ Loving the extreme motivation and the realistic approach. The ideas you shared are so practical and achievable. Thanks for the inspiration, Catherine! 🧹💙
LOVE your decluttering videos! I have been trying to declutter my house myself before baby #2 makes his arrival in just two short months 😊 Also my daughter LOVES those Melissa and Doug jigsaw 🧩 shes so good at them and can do them by herself but I pick the pieces up all day haha
My daughter was like that. I took her to a specialist. Their device would have never worked. So I did the opposite and just gave her the same foods over and over again. Mac and cheese was her staple. She was about 2. But eventually grew out of it. But when I started letting her eat what she wanted m, she started eating more, and her health improved.
I like to mix dark chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips in my cookies too. It really does make them much better with the combination. I have seven kids age 20 down to 4. Something I try to do is have all of their socks the same style and color so there’s never any sorting and pairing up. Also if a sock gets lost, the lonely one can still pair with the rest. Loved your video.
ZERO shame in my no folding game 💪🏻 I fold my clothes…but it’s soooo much easier to just throw my kids pants in a drawer and hang up their shirts/dresses
My daughter at two only ate grapes cheese and French bread went to the paediatrician but they said to ease back let her pick what she wanted to eat . She had enough flesh covering her body . She’s now 25 eats everything most adventurous food wise of all of my children .
Thank you for taking a pause while your talking on your video So many people talks of Astro get the most out of there video and all I hear is bla bla bla Because it sounds like they are rambling on I appreciate you taking time to actually slowdown on your talking to us . I like the organizing
I put things on the front of my house in a box. There are people who are willing to work and go around the neighborhoods and pick things up and resale them.
No one should say anything bad to you when you're doing the best you can& trying to organize. You're just being "REAL" w/ your videos. Sending prayers for you son, I hope he begins to eat and enjoy his food. I pray that the textures, smells, and taste of what he's eating is very appetizing to him and that he's able to swallow it ok with out gaging or becoming sick in Jesus name I pray. ❤🙏🏻 I'm like you, I hate to waste food but sometimes if it's steal or out of date you have to throw it away. It just happens sometimes. That's kinda the whole purpose for organizing and deep cleaning and going through stuff
Thanks for the motivation! I need to go through toys it's tough to donate when I have a four year to 5 month old. Especially when family keeps buying toys for every new kid.
Hey mama! I’m sure you’ve already heard of it, but I’ve known someone who struggles with ARFID and really struggles with eating most things. But there is hope through therapy and other things!
I love how Cass from Clutterbug says that it’s ok to throw away expired food because getting it out clears space so there is no future waste because everything is lost in everything. It’s ok. We don’t always like new things we try and honestly companies make some really bad chemical filled foods so maybe if they made better food it would get eaten 😅 Kids do start eating more variety! I was worried about them only eating Mac and cheese, hot dogs, pizza, and chicken nuggets, but their pediatrician said it’s fine. They won’t starve. Just feed them. When they become teens they start eating everything. Enjoy the simplicity while you have it. You’re doing great. 👍
Have you gotten your air ducts professionally cleaned? It might help with dust. Also wiping down furniture with damp cloth can help. I hate dusty situations due to allergies. It's not easy. You did a really great job. That was a lot to do/clean.
You probably won't want to hear this but, try toy rotation! Daycare use toy rotation, put half as many toys away for a while, then rotate out some as you see your children becoming uninterested in what they are playing with. Slowly you'll see what are their favorites and can eliminate some. There will always be holidays and new toys to come. Don't get overwhelmed by toys. And your right, complete the declutter same day!😊
Your town most likely has a special place where you can take hazardous materials. In the large city where I live, this place is open the first weekend of the month. They take used fluorescent tubes and paint and pesticides... you name it!
I try to put stuff straight into the car that said I don’t always get rid of it the same day we have been driving round with it for two weeks 😮. New to your Chanel 😊
For the chemicals your local dump/waste facility would be able to tell you where to dispose of the chemicals. They might have a website with "what goes where" feature.
Just FYI, best before/ best by dates doesn't mean the food is expired. Usually the food is still good for consumption. If it's a year past the date then obviously it should be thrown out but if it's only a couple of months paste best by date it's still good.
My son was the same way at his age he went from eating everything as a baby to nothing. He was diagnosed on the spectrum & I've learned alot about yeast balance in our bodies. If it's out of sync our bodies will tell us to not eat something even without trying it
Hi there - enjoying your video - inspiring The most extravagant gift I would love for Christmas this year would be to own my dream home in the town I live and a ‘husband/ partner to share my life with lo here’s praying 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 Kind regards from Australia
Oh my gosh I will get it into my truck and then drive around with it forever and then it ends up in my garage and we have an open garage so everybody then when that gets overwhelming I have to go through that and then take it
To avoid hurting yourself try doing a little warm up stretching. You don't always have to donate items it's ok to put it in your trash can for pick up and be done!
your pantry is huge compared to mine, which works perfectly well. why not just buy the things that are really eaten instead of buying, storing and eventually throwing away so much?
The only thing I really want is to remodel my small master bathroom. My house is 39 years old and it is the original bathroom. I had saved the money for the remodel to do in the spring and ended up using the money last year helping my son. He lost his IT job and has not been able to get another job. He is suffering from depression and some other health issues.
The food issues your son has sounds like ARFID to me (I have ARFID myself and it's a huge pain in the ass so I get the struggle). It's even more common in autistic people so pay attention to that too :)
Instead of a ton of toys maybe money for a savings account or college fund. Not to much fun but having money for a future for a car for your kids or toward their education is a much better bang for the buck. Also your recycling toys from one child to another is a smart idea.
Before you start cleaning you should do some stretching maybe that will help so you don't have to go through all that pain😢 right when you said that I'm like she's reaching maybe stretching before cleaning would help
I have a 12yo that still only eats a few foods he was like that since 3yo I've done almost everything and now my 4yo is like that none of my other kids were like that its hard
My autistic nephew had a very narrow group of foods he would eat when he was young. Peanut butter sandwiches and chicken burgers with only lettuce (that's it) for a very long time. It expanded a bit as a teenager. He's now training to be a doctor, and works summers fighting fires, so he got enough nutrition to grow up just fine.
I've heard before that using the self clean on your oven is super toxic. I've had oven repair people tell me never to use the self clean or oven cleaner as they both diminish the life of the oven. I don't use either one for toxic reasons so I was ahead of the game, but I don't think most people know that. I know I didn't.

That was a very interesting read and so informative for those who have children/grandchildren with sensory and food issues - thank you 🇬🇧🇺🇸🌸🌸
@@Jane-dg3rr I am glad if I can help. It can be scary as a mom navigating a child's nutrition when that child is unable to eat certain foods.

OMG I love your hearth has hidden storage. Adding this to the remodel list for sure. What a GREAT idea
I agree!! I have NEVER seen that done in all my years of online research. TOTALLY pinning that for my someday remodel!!
Would love to see the backyard mini series! it is very motivating to see
I'm bad at getting decluttered items out of the house, too.
When decluttering toys, and even clothes, see if grandparents or other nearby family members want some. As a grandmother myself, I know i need some toys at my house for when my grandkids ate visiting.
I would love to see any kind of updating your house or back yard. It gives me a ton of inspiration so yes do those videos
Thank you, yes Tall rain boots. I learned the hard way,😃🦋
My oldest son went through the same food issues yours is going through.
You have great ideas
My son is moderate autistic and definitely has the same problem, he didn't eat anything so Drs had to put a port into his stomach. He eats now, chicken and beef and steak & broccoli, his safe food is cheerios.
Sometimes all you need is a compilation of throwing things out to get you motivated
Hahaaha you know what, I agree!!
also past the age of 5 kids can be helping out too, teaching new things and doing tasks together brings people together :)
and i might be late but chemicals from the shed can be given to some gardener for free through marketplace
Toy rotation is a great idea and it limits how much is out at any given time.
Good video Catherine and Merry Christmas for you and family
I have the steam clean on my oven and I like it a lot. it makes most things loose so you can wipe out. It does not get stubborn caked on items but it does get most. Put some vinegar in with the hot water when you do it, it helps. I cook a lot on my channel so I clean my oven a lot! I do the steam clean every 1-2 weeks tops so it stays on top of the mess.
Your vlog is total motivation! 🌟✨ Loving the extreme motivation and the realistic approach. The ideas you shared are so practical and achievable. Thanks for the inspiration, Catherine! 🧹💙
I was a very picky eater as a child. I still don’t like too many vegetables lol but I eat most foods now. So I’m sure your child will grow out of it !
LOVE your decluttering videos! I have been trying to declutter my house myself before baby #2 makes his arrival in just two short months 😊
Also my daughter LOVES those Melissa and Doug jigsaw 🧩 shes so good at them and can do them by herself but I pick the pieces up all day haha
Great inspiring videos 👍🏻
Awesome 😮😊
ZERO shame in my no folding game 💪🏻 I fold my clothes…but it’s soooo much easier to just throw my kids pants in a drawer and hang up their shirts/dresses
Great job on all the decluttering. So proud of you for getting it to the donation and out of your home. 🙌❄️
My daughter at two only ate grapes cheese and French bread went to the paediatrician but they said to ease back let her pick what she wanted to eat . She had enough flesh covering her body . She’s now 25 eats everything most adventurous food wise of all of my children .
The laundry basket of random clutter. CONSTANT!! Gah! I have this exact same problem. 😂
Wowie great job❤🎉😂
Thank you for taking a pause while your talking on your video
So many people talks of Astro get the most out of there video and all I hear is bla bla bla
Because it sounds like they are rambling on
I appreciate you taking time to actually slowdown on your talking to us . I like the organizing
If your dryer isn’t working very well please get the vent cleaned! It could be plugged which is a huge fire hazard!
So cute Amber!!!
Merry Christmas Catherine! I hope Santa is good to you! Love you and your channel! Have a wonderful holiday! ❤🌲🌲
I'm like you, I hate to waste food but sometimes if it's steal or out of date you have to throw it away.
It’s ok. We don’t always like new things we try and honestly companies make some really bad chemical filled foods so maybe if they made better food it would get eaten 😅
Kids do start eating more variety! I was worried about them only eating Mac and cheese, hot dogs, pizza, and chicken nuggets, but their pediatrician said it’s fine. They won’t starve. Just feed them. When they become teens they start eating everything. Enjoy the simplicity while you have it. You’re doing great. 👍
Awesome mom
🥰
Have you gotten your air ducts professionally cleaned? It might help with dust. Also wiping down furniture with damp cloth can help. I hate dusty situations due to allergies. It's not easy. You did a really great job. That was a lot to do/clean.
What is the name of your storage containers for your pantry, the ones with the colored rubber bottoms?
Thank you for the video! Which hand soap do you use in kitchen?
I get that pinch and pain too. I take formula 303. All natural muscle relaxer. Smells terrible but it works!!! I used to get it at the chiropractor.
And your right, complete the declutter same day!😊
She mentioned she did that already in the video
🤣 OMG I do the same thing with husband’s clothes , hid them in another room for about 2 weeks 🦋
Your town most likely has a special place where you can take hazardous materials. In the large city where I live, this place is open the first weekend of the month. They take used fluorescent tubes and paint and pesticides... you name it!
Hi, Catherine, Have a great day !!! 🫶👋
Have a great day!
I try to put stuff straight into the car that said I don’t always get rid of it the same day we have been driving round with it for two weeks 😮. New to your Chanel 😊
Those small box board ones I just step on them to flatten. Much faster lol
For the chemicals your local dump/waste facility would be able to tell you where to dispose of the chemicals. They might have a website with "what goes where" feature.
Thank you for the great video. Where did you buy the sleeping bag?
Hello! I stopped by as other creators were not chatty enough! Perfect here
Oh that’s good to hear because sometimes I think I am TOO chatty haha
MINIMALIST is so so Freeing 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
New to your channel!! Living all the cleaning and decluttering 😊 what do you spray on your bed? I’m not a fan of febreeze
Just FYI, best before/ best by dates doesn't mean the food is expired. Usually the food is still good for consumption. If it's a year past the date then obviously it should be thrown out but if it's only a couple of months paste best by date it's still good.
Can u make a playlist of each of the songs? ❤❤
Have you tried lining your oven with aluminum foil? I keep mine lined and just throw it away when it gets bad. No scrubbing.
😃
My son was the same way at his age he went from eating everything as a baby to nothing. He was diagnosed on the spectrum & I've learned alot about yeast balance in our bodies. If it's out of sync our bodies will tell us to not eat something even without trying it
Hi there - enjoying your video - inspiring
The most extravagant gift I would love for Christmas this year would be to own my dream home in the town I live and a ‘husband/ partner to share my life with lo here’s praying 🙏🏾 🙏🏾
Kind regards from Australia
Loving the Music too who the Singer 😮😊
Oh my gosh I will get it into my truck and then drive around with it forever and then it ends up in my garage and we have an open garage so everybody then when that gets overwhelming I have to go through that and then take it
To avoid hurting yourself try doing a little warm up stretching.
You don't always have to donate items it's ok to put it in your trash can for pick up and be done!
If you saw my pantry, you’d feel much better. Lol.❤
1:33:10 I'd bleach it and scrub it if you really want to try to keep it
Try less snacks between meals. They eat better. Super nany does great getting kids to eat and try new food. Love the video
Best by date is not the expiration date.
It's a suggestion, it's the biggest scam to make people throw out food.
@@shereemorgan1430right! Like water has an expiration date… lol
your pantry is huge compared to mine, which works perfectly well. why not just buy the things that are really eaten instead of buying, storing and eventually throwing away so much?
She explained it
She wanted to give you an opportunity to flex on her
@@annmarie6132 yeah, huge flex: my pantry is tiny…
She bought different food because of her baby.
❤❤❤
The only thing I really want is to remodel my small master bathroom. My house is 39 years old and it is the original bathroom. I had saved the money for the remodel to do in the spring and ended up using the money last year helping my son. He lost his IT job and has not been able to get another job. He is suffering from depression and some other health issues.
I’m so sorry to hear that 😢 IT is a tough field to be in right now, I hope he finds something soon!
1:18:01 what is climbing up the wall on the left side 👻 😱?
The food issues your son has sounds like ARFID to me (I have ARFID myself and it's a huge pain in the ass so I get the struggle). It's even more common in autistic people so pay attention to that too :)
Instead of a ton of toys maybe money for a savings account or college fund. Not to much fun but having money for a future for a car for your kids or toward their education is a much better bang for the buck. Also your recycling toys from one child to another is a smart idea.
I feel like I’ve already seen you do these toys before ? Is this from a previous video just re posted
Yes, she said a compilation of recent videos. ❤
Yes it’s a compilation!! I needed a little break before Christmas so I threw together a compilation video ☺️ I’ll be back next week with a new video!
Omg thats a lot of stuff
Before you start cleaning you should do some stretching maybe that will help so you don't have to go through all that pain😢 right when you said that I'm like she's reaching maybe stretching before cleaning would help
💚💜💙
