Nationalisation of the South African Reserve Bank: Busi Mavuso

What is the BLSA's position on the discussions around the nationalisation of the SARB? CEO of BLSA Busi Mavuso speaks to SABC News… ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule said the party’s resolutions from Nasrec must be implemented, among them the nationalisation of the SARB within the next five years.
Finance Minister Tito Mboweni, who is also the former Reserve Bank Governor, says the SARB does pursue a flexible monetary policy regime, and that the Monetary Policy Committee does take all factors into account. So there’s not anything that needs to be changed.

Yes let's have the government in charge of the reserve bank so it can be as well run as eskom, transnet, Telkom, sa post office etc.
