Thanks so much! Worked, but I had to turn my printer off before restarting my computer. Turned the printer back on after reboot and all was fine.

It worked long enough to print one page. But the next time I tried to print it happened again. And again. I've tried updating the drivers too. No luck. Any other ideas?

Thanks so much but I've found a quicker way - as soon as you get to the print spooler - all you need to do is right click on 'restart', and it will rectify the problem.
