Why I use the Snub Nose: 1. It is available from the first mission so I can use it on every level. Other seemingly awful weapons like the WWI Pistols cannot be used on AVY without mods. 2. Unlike other guns I can use on the first mission like the dragnov, shotgun, tmp, etc, the snub nose has the distinction of being the worst gun in the game, and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise. The reason why the snub nose is so awful is because it is statistically the worst weapon in the game. It has horrendous damage, horrible accuracy, it has a slow rate of fire, the gunshot distraction on it is not that big, and it's a revolver. I could've used something like the Desert Eagle or SLP Pistol since they're all one handed standard handguns, but at least the Deagle is powerful and can wallbang, and the slp pistol shoots faster, is more accurate, and has more than 6 bullets per clip. Some might say something like the Nailer is worse, but at least the nailer has 50 shots per clip. I can see some people saying the worst gun might be the Air Rifle or some other 2 handed weapon since they're hard to conceal and you can't human shield with them unlike the snub nose which is valid. But at the very least, those other guns can be fun and have other uses if you're not going for stealth. Not to mention, they're not pistols, so you have the option of bringing your silverballer with you. TLDR, it is insanely inefficient at killing the targets. 3. It's been a bit of a meme gun between me and Threeballer for the last few years. Three refers to it as the "Jim Belushi of weapons." Every game has their own meme gun because of how bad they are. BF1 is the Kolibri, Apex Legends is the Mozambique, BO2 Zombies is the SMR, Halo CE is the Needler, etc.
@@QwertyoUip actually I managed to beat a vintage year with six shooter and suit only by knocking out the shotgunner the mansion near outside dragging his body to the rail and then throwing a coin to balcony causing Fernando to get out outside and shooting him Next Pink guy or whatever I forgot his name you can go inside the wine cellar causing him to chase after you you have to run to this dirt staircase to the plane or whatever and when you catches up to you can kill him and get out
Man, it's staggering to see how meticulous this gameplay is. It definitely looks like a superior strategy. A man behind the keyboard knew for sure where to go or to stop. Besides, in the end he seemed pretty happy, which just can't restrain me from smiling.
I did something similar, i was trying to do a Javier bardem from no country for old men shotgun run and it was interesting trying to get silent assassin
How could the kill on the first Gator not count as an accident since you clearly did not kill him with the gun but by throwing him over the rail? The game even registered the kill only after he fell.
l love how old stealth and hitman games, the most fun ways of having fun is firing to draw the attention of everyone, get in gunfights(at least on BM) and still have perfect score. The perfect sandbox design of stealth game. Thief 1 and 2 to me are the ultimate stealth games but Hitman, does something unique with its plain in sight. Also, what was that first person moving right before entering the house in Till death to us part?
Ok I came from the woa trilogy and I get everything else, but how are the bodies counted as not found? I don't get that since they're not accidents Anyway impressive work!!!
Really cool run. YBWO was pretty far out the box. Is the two door sound proofing method not in BM? I’m sure you can hide gunshot noise behind 2 doors but I may just be misremembering WOA.
I played casually for 10 years. Then, I watched the world record at the time, thought it was hilarious and tried to replicate the strats I saw. Technically I started in 2019 but have been serious about it for 3 years
Certain things will trigger hostility, but doesn’t necessarily give you a witness. Try going through the front door of Till Death or going on the stage of Curtains Down. The guards will shoot you, but you didn’t do anything that would give you a witness. Other things that do this would be standing over a body (not caused by an accident), crouch walking for too long, and sometimes holding a bit of contraband while being far enough away. All of this is only when you have the Suit. If done in a disguise, then you get a cover blown which ruins SA. And in fact, this mechanic is helpful for maintaining SA since hostile guards tend to not notice bodies
