It's just the new catch phrase for what used to be called "localisation", i.e. ensure that the car can cope with local conditions. Years ago, when the Japanese car industry was still considered cheap and nasty, continental, especially British cars used to be imported into Malaysia without any changes whatsoever. The imported cars weren't localised for tropical heat and rains, and there were many breakdowns. British cars especially were famous for leaks and overheating. Yet, there was also a reverse snobbery in play as locals wanted a car exactly the same as those driven in Europe or UK. It was only from the 1960s onwards that localisation of cars became popular. My uncle had a Mercedes Benz imported from German in early 1960s (they were all imported in those days) which had been localised. That car was like a tank and bulletproof. In the 25 years he had it, no breakdowns at all. And when sold it off in the 1980s due to lack of spare parts, he got a good price for it as it was considered a classic then.
They repeat the phrase ASEAN for ASEAN for about four times but still have snow drive mode. Doesn’t sound very ASEAN to me 😂
Maybe they believe Malaysia will snow in near future due to climate change...
They should replace Snow Drive Mode with Slippery Mode 😂
Great and honest review. That;s the most important for an average consumer.
One thing that i cant unsee is what Dom face looks like: Eu Jin's face and hairstyle with GC Mah's moustache
with GC's voice in Eu Jin's setting
i think its their long lost brother lmao

the 2008 gets front collision warning and AEB as default. why doesn't this one?
I have one and I cant wait to change back to a BMW X3 when the kids are old enough to sit in seats facing foreward.
So sad Citroen is dead here hopefully Bermaz takes over Citroen
They only take over aftersales of Citroen in the deal.
Good review! But it’s pronounce as Pur-Jyo 😅😅 not pew jeow
Purr Joe or Pew Jiot? 😂 Btw you are not under control, the car is under control; you are IN control 😅
haha you're right
It's Poo Jshoe 😉
Mnarik. Parts macam mana ? Mahal ke ?
continental cars generally have expensive spare parts.
Seriously? How about the heated seat? Is it necessary? 😂. I have never used this feature ever since i bought it 10 years ago.
wow a new pew jeow
It is disappointing. Pay almost 190k the car doesn’t have any AEB.
There is AEB at least in my GT model.
First view
