This series is so well-done and thorough! It was such a pleasure to watch your whole process, step by step. I now have a much better feel for how each of the tools are used in turn to coax the metal into its final form, and much more confidence in approaching my own projects! You are an excellent, patient teacher, and your piece turned out beautifully. Thank you so much for producing and sharing these videos 🩵🙏🩵
Amazing. Thank you SO MUCH for all of this work to show us how to do this!!! I just ordered my pitch bowl and beginner set of tools. SUPER EXCITED to get started practicing this! Seriously, can’t thank you enough for this.
Wow, I've seen all your tutorial videos and i love them! Sadly, I don't have any space to adapt as workshop, but I'd really like to try metal chasing and repoussing myself. And yup, you explained everything really well - lots of usefull tips! Thank you!
That's beautiful! Seems like a very, very tedious process requiring a great deal of patience. I wonder how much time and effort it would take to produce hundreds of pieces like this.
Love it ::D im just starting and i dont have the pitch, use wood and rubber atm, im from norway and idk what i can use as pitch, annything i can make my selfe? realy nice videos, like how colm and peasefull you are.
Thanks Kristian. There are recipes for various types of pitch available online and in metalsmithing books. I'm sure someone sells it in Europe as well. I also ship all over the world if you wanted to go that route. Cheers
