I used to travel for a living. I've been pulled over by the cops of all shades in a lot of places. One thing almost always rings true. Cooperation and lack of argument make it go much more smoothly. There are exceptions, of course. Once i got pulled over by the police and, like in the 70s commercial and many movies, he said, "You're in a heap of trouble boy, or I don't know how you Yankees drive but we don't speed in Mississippi ". I agree 100%. If he would have just kept his window down everything would have went routinely. I was with the cops until near the end one of them put him in somewhat of a neck lock to get him to sit down. As Ace said, it’s definitely good they were Hispanic and not white cops!!

Chimp moms reminded me of my bosses ex wife who would foster dogs, stop by the office and let them roam and some of them were beaten pit bulls who just hated the men there. We were told to just be slow and not make sudden movements, blah blah and one time after one starting chomping and ran at me i told the wife and she just said she didn’t care.

Not against the law to crack your window you dont have to put it all the way down. If you want to and you put it down to give him the Lic and registration you can put it back up until he is done with the ticket, you dont have to tell the officer anything. Just give him the lic and registration and he supposed to give you the ticket and you leave. If he gets loud and abrasive ask for the sergeant on duty and he supposed to wait til the sgt gets there.
