Uncle Hard Enduro 2023 | Tropical Challenge | Day 1 Highlights

Uncle Hard Enduro 2023’s racing weekend fired with the mighty prologue and Hard Enduro Race on Day1 and all eyes were on the International Class.
The 2km Prologue Race track was a great combination of Super Enduro and Enduro where the riders had to perform their best of both worlds to get the best result. It was Sonny Goggia (ITA) who came out on top after the qualification session with a lap time of 3:44:051. He was followed by Wade Young (ZAF) and Michael Walkner (AUT).
Following the quali session it was time for the first real challenge at the Kiram Park, Banjarmasin, South Borneo. Teodor Kabakchiev (BG) got the early lead with the holeshot and kept it till the end of the race for 30min (or 8 Laps). Wade Young and Alfredo Gomez (ESP) were the ones who got the P2 and P3 to complete the podium for Prologue Race 1.
The party piece of the day was the Prologue Race 2 in the afternoon where all the riders to compete through a 16km long loop for 6 Laps. Teodor Kabakchiev again dominated the race and completed the day with a double. Hust as in the Race 1, he was followed by Wade Young and Alfredo Gomez.
The King of hard enduro, Graham Jarvis (UK), had a quiet day but sure it was just the start and he had things to say the other day.
