This company is a disaster. My rear excavator has been defective for over 4 months. Not only that Deleks e-mails are not answered. First came the wrong spare parts list. There is no help to find the right spare part. The spare parts order has been running for 3 months now. I no longer receive answers to questions. The device is only just over 2 years old and rarely used. The frame is too weakly dimensioned. And the paint is very bad. Rust everywhere. I also do not receive the colour code for a repainting from Deleks. I have a second device from Deleks. But that was it now. I can only strongly advise everyone against this company. The quality is very poor and for sure, you will not receive any service or support from this company.
