This thing is a monster. I don’t have the camper pop out but this is truly inspiring stuff for my 2008 EX. If he’s still working on the box dividers, I’d reccomend making them into a multifunctional divider/cutting board!
I've spent about 500 nights in mine. 2003. One thing I don't recc: building a bed. *Put your bed on the floor.* You'll want some headspace. Trust me. Stuck in the car for 2 days w/ no headroom? Noooooo thanks. Build shelves on the other side (presuming you're solo; if you aren't, you have to suck it up & build the bed.) You don't really lose storage. Just keep your stuff on the bed in a rubbermaid tub + a couple laundry baskets etc. Move em to the front seats/ atop the shelves at night.
Incredible!!! I love the rhino paint! All of it actually. I just replaced the engine in my element with 215, 000 miles on it. Hoping to many more years traveling in her!
Love it! Been wanting the swivel seat! Wish I could do more mods. Too many thieves in my area. I keep it empty now. If I go on a trip, I have to put everything in.
Damn I’m sorry to hear that. I won’t name where this guy lives but he lives in a high theft area also. He has cameras monitoring this car at all times I would do the same for sure. Thanks for watching!
Great video and interesting build, kudos to camera and builder. Question: i have a 2008 EX w/ eCamper top and was curious about the cord going around the fabric. Is that to decrease wind noise while sleeping (ours sides flap in the wind) & or to keep the sides from bellowing out while closing?
It's really an awesome setup but what is the weight of all those items? The Honda Element is only rated to haul 1500 pounds. With the 20% rule that's 1200 pounds.
I own a 2006 Honda element and I'm wondering if you did anything to gain more power? Or to the transmission. I put off road wheels and lifted mine (3") and my transmission went out in about a year or so. I'm thinking all this adds a good amount of weight. Was the transmission okay?
I don’t believe he did any mods to the engine. I do have a friend JR, who is swapped the motor for the more powerful K24a2 engine and that Element is pretty quick with lots of power. If you search under my videos, you’ll see it titled mechanic builds, the ultimate off-road
@@StephenAldaco just curious as why didn’t go with the Aerogenics. This is the second post that mentioned they used Swift. I have the Aerogenics just waiting to install them. Would love to see a comparison.
I love the bumper on this...I have swing out rack for my bike, which already sticks out about 18 inches when folded up (Kuat swing out arm + bike rack). So, I was looking for options if I wanted to have a swing out for a spare or other items. With this bumper, instead of added to the length in the rear (spare tire rack + swing out arm + bike rack), I could have the spare attached to the bumper and swing to the left, which would allow for my bike rack to be attached to the original hitch and swing to the right. How much was this bumper? I wonder if there is anyone in the PNW offering this upgrade?
Awesome, but like 50% overkill (all that clutter reminds me of my fathers car ;) All that accumulated weight must put a big strain on the vehicle. I would prefer to keep it minimal.
I cannot recommend Hiro's Hotrods swivel seat. I paid for mine almost two years ago and still have not received it, not to mention Austin has ignored all of my emails. He is not reliable.
@@StephenAldaco He finally returned my emails after putting him on blast. The guy is not very business savvy. Oh, and now he wants me to pay for him to ship it after charging me sales tax as an Oregon resident. Yeah, not gonna happen.

I own an ‘03, these Elements are the best vehicles I’ve owned. This is the coolest build I’ve ever seen.
My '03 Element is still running like new. 04/08/2024....
This is one of the best builds I have seen for any overlanding/camper vehicle. Amazing!!!

@@theminister1154 I'm 6'1" and have a forester I ripped apart and built a bed into. I absolutely have enough head room😂
I absolutely love what you've done with your element! I sure wish honda would make the element again and with the same amount of room inside too.
Yeah it’s perfect the size just a light refresh please Honda 🤣
Rumors have it Honda is going to start making them again 2023-2024.
Nice filming and editing. I like that you dont add any music or unnecessary fuss. Its all just what we want to see in detail
That’s the best Element out there- hands down!
No doubt about it this thing is literally the ultimate Honda element
Drooling in Spokane, WA 🌲🤙🏼 What a siiiiiiick Element!
You are telling me! Very sick element!!

would you do a video on how you wire inside trunk latch to get power lock?
Well done. Picked up some great ideas on the fantastic use of space. Get outside! 👍🏻
Seriously his use of space is un matched

Love these vehicle tour videos!! I get so inspired by seeing what others have done.
I’m so glad! I love making them as well! I keep running into new people to tour so it’s been such a blast to make these!
I love the secret floor compartment, smart
Do you know what that candle holder on the back door is and where I can get it? I'd LOVE to do something like that with candles!
That machine is a masterpiece!
I agree mega goals!!
... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂....
Thanks Steve. I noticed that wild rear bumper provides great portage. Are there any available?
Wow great build 😊
This is my style of camping
We need an e-camper asap!
That would be so luxurious!
With your suspension lift, any issues w/the CV joints?
You can only lift them so far.
love the elements. don't have one because i'm a truck guy. got my tacoma.
I would like to know where those small bags that attach to the bottom inside of the doors, would be practical for all my mtb tools !!!
Hey I left links in the description for the bags he said he found them on Amazon. I just bought some myself lol
Great video! Really loving our Honda elements! This E is so bad azz! Can’t wait to get the swivel seats someday.
Yeah same I’m saving up for some myself! Let’s talk about that crx in your profile picture tho dang!
@@StephenAldaco 😂 poor CRX been sitting for a few years. Got out of going to the track & doing more family hikes & camping with our Elements instead.
awesome set up!

Hey Stephen if I remember correctly it’s for the wind. I’ll have to ask the owner next time I see him to confirm for sure.
This guy reminds me of my previous Comms SGT, SGT Mansfield.
Like the rear bumper
Where did he get it in Cali?
It’s made by Silo garage in SoCal
They don't make it anymore,fyi
Sweet! What are those things on the driver doors above the handles? 🤔
Thule door locks!

I know he's done a ton of suspension mods to help handle the weight.
Where did he get he pop top? How much do they cost? Awesome modifications on it!
Hey it’s a company called Ursa Minor e-camper in San Diego
An arm and a leg!
He is so virtuous, picking up trash at campsites. I'm grateful he let me know that.
💯 I will! I want to get a trasharoo bag just for that. When we were camping he definitely did pick up all his trash.
It's nice but with that small engine how does it do on gas and in general how does it move?
We just did a long road trip together and it kept up for sure. I think he was getting 15-16 mpg
Wow! Love the mods.
Thanks Tina! Yes these mods are so sick! So much inspiration here 🙏
I have a 2010 what suspension changes did you make and size of your tires
Love the swivel seat, I want that! Do you have contact info for those?
There made by Hiros hot rods I think there url is hiroshotrods.com
Wow that is crazy! How much money do you think he has floated into this setup?
Impressive build & great video!
Thank you kind sir! One of my favorite elements I’ve had the pleasure looking over.
Amazing, almost makes we wanna get rid of my SportsMobile 😮 almost 😅
I'm really curious what kind of mpg he's getting now. Love all the mods!
15-16 mpg

The best tip for Honda’s transmission is change oil every 40 000 miles in EVERY honda, not only Elements
Or do you have a page of what you purchased with a link
What kind of rear springs do you have? That’s a lot of equipment
Pretty sure it’s swift springs on the element

This is SEMA quality!
Maybe even better since it's functional:D!!!
Nice Element mods. Just wondering about all that weight. How does it handle everything and your 4 passengers?
From my understanding the swift springs plus the struts I think they are blisten it’s handling it well. Just the MPG suffers a bit.
He has blown his payload up!😅😮
So ridiculous, I love it.
Over the top builds are always fun
What year is this E Stephen?
2006!
Thanks for another great video!!!!
My pleasure! Thank you for watching!!
I checked the price for the Ursa Minor ECamper for the Element, and it's like mid $7K. I don't think I can afford that.
Yeah it’s steep pros & cons it increases the value of the car. If you get a roof top tent you can take it on and off which is cool
