In Hildy's defense that chair was probably covered in cat hair, also after grooming that many kittens she'd have zoned out and been on auto pilot. I'm surprised she didn't try to nurse the chair as well.
Your fostering of these kittens has been absolutely spot on. Their forever homes will be totally fortunate to have such well adjusted kitties. Good on you guys and a very special shout out to Hildy for being such a first class mom!

I really enjoy these updates . The kitties look like younger versions of my brother/sister combo! Bundeva the male is an orange bullseye tabby. His sister Nada (“Hope” in Croatian) is a calico with similar markings to the baby girls. Believe it or not, Nada jumps up to flip the light switches on or off , depending on what suits her. She started this behavior at the age of 8 months! She’s quite adept at figuring out how things work in the human world!
This is the single most awesome thing on the internet today. My beautiful tabby girl died unexpectedly aged 6 years old just recently. This reminds me so much of her.

Beautiful markings on all the kitties! I'm partial to the black n grey markings, say, at 1:44---tiger stripes and dashes. About 6 years ago, imagine a dark-striped Hildy showing up, scared and starving at my place. I got adopted by a feral Hildy in need of food and security. I provide real cream and wet food daily. Did the vet thing: neutered, vaccinations, a tune up. My feral Hildy is a great Mouser. I never get to pet my feral cat. Fine by me.... She trims all the mice and pack rats. Feral cats rock!
I just found out that my mother got rid of my cats except two. I miss the love that my cats gave me. I am saving money for my fare back home to be with them. Thank you so much for this channel.
