To finish the work in 30 days, 4M and 5W are reqd. To finish in 1 day, 120M and 150W are reqd. Likewise if you calculate 144M and 168W are reqd to finish in 1 day in the second case. Either the number of men should have reduced or the number of women should have reduced. But, both have increased which is incorrect. So, the problem itself is wrong.
