Some people exist who never say their problems to family thinking they would be burdening them. Here i think Arjun felt if Sara knows about his heart condition she would always be worried about him and he didn't want her to be in that state i guess. It's always better to say things out in my opinion.

Inorder to be a really successful cricketer, the player should be selected to his national team, based on the performances in domestic games. Till then you dont get that due respect as player.
