It doesn’t show it, but any professional and knowledgeable person working in a kitchen SHOULD change gloves, knives, chopping boards, wash their hands etc. between using raw and cooked foods. If raw and cooked foods are being mixed and then cooked the gloves that have touched raw food last should be changed straight away so as not to contaminate any of the kitchen and equipment surfaces. If it was raw food touched first then again the gloves should be changed before touching cooked food. It’s common sense, at least it is to me. Just as I always wash my hands after visiting the toilet or after wiping my nose with a tissue or coughing. Germs can get onto and into everything-everywhere.
