can the exit button be wired with only the 12vdc power adapter and the mag lock.? or there's got to be the keypad attached to the wiring as well.

sure. but proper way is to get the relay, maglock connect to relay, relay have push button, delay closed

can i check if i bought the package came with free door bell, should i install it to the key pad or better to buy a separate door bell? i scared if add additional door bell, the Power source is also from the 12V will over load the system?

just install it to the keypad, if you want buy the separate door bell just buy another 12V power supply, Why need share the power source?

There is no white and gray cable connection in the video. I'm trying to understand the audio in the video by translating it with subtitles. This is not happening.
