I believe they are supposed to be sort of like binaural beats/waves. It is supposed to affect your brain and induce different effects, typically used for sleep.

I like the palette cleansers. Pure tongue fluttering or any sound really can get a little irritating. Over stimulation isn't for most people and I really appreciate the little breaks of lip smacking and swoopy noises. The change of mouth posture and added deep breathing in/out adds to the variety without straying far from the theme. Well done.
You make using mic settings into an artform man. I swear i havent seen very many ASMRtists make such a sinple mic setting into such a captivating style
