    With Meesho 2 Pricing, you can now set two prices for your products on Meesho. In addition to the current Meesho price, you can now sell on an 'Wrong/Defective Returns' price option.
    Meesho price will include the higher price inclusive of the customer returns buffer or the normal price, which means that customers can return the product in all cases (No question asked).
    Wrong/defective return only price will be the lower-priced option in which the consumer can return the product if only a wrong/defective item has been delivered to a consumer. Customers will have to submit proof of defect in order to return the product in this option.
    With this feature, you can now:
    1. Lower Returns & Cost savings on return charges
    2. Get more orders. Lower prices will attract more customers and hence, more orders
    3. Bumper savings of Rs120 on reverse shipping fee of each returned order

    A video of opening the packet by buyer is very important in that case . Or else some one may purposefully damage the product and then send it .

      We are facing same issues, purposefully the orders are placed,return and given negative reviews. Which affects the quality graph, for wrong returns the reviews shldnt be taken into account.

    This feature looks good.
    Will this reduce return or increase return?
    Is the following usecase considered by the team. Say a buyer places an order (with the higher price option). If the product is not liked by buyer then it will be returned (a general case), if the product is liked by buyer then also buyer has the option to return. Buyer will return it and then reorder the same product at lower price (where no option to return is available) as buyer is now going to keep the product as he/she has already checked the product quality.
    Some checks have to be introduced on this.

    It looks fine for returns but what about RTO (Return to origin) the RTO rates are getting higher every day. I don't know whether this happens because the 3rd party delivery fails to deliver the product or by the customer refuses to accept the products. Kindly provide a solution for these RTO's and help us to do this business.

    after updation of app , the thing has become of 1200+ something which i actually buy in 780 & sold in 900 few days back under all retuens ... today it 790 for only defective / wrong & for all returns -17 from 1200+ 🤷🤷🤷🤷 Bhayankar policy hai ye , ridiculous ....

    But customer will deleberately damage the item i recommed neagtive balance should be intiated so that fake customer can stay away also a confermation call should be given 2customer after ordering a product just like flipkart

      sachi mae.. chahe customer return ho ya RTO.. customer ko charge bhi lagna chiye as a penalty... taki soch samjh ke order kare yeh log ya return kare... customer return with packing opening video se lekar end tak ka proof de if they want to return..

    Dear Sellers be carefull with meesho, meesho support team and meesho policies is very bad.
    As a seller, we are asked to share the package opening video and other images including return packslip, all angels of outside package ,etc. But still company is rejecting our claims due to below mentioned reason,
    "Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order."
    my product price is 2000 rupees

    Mera ek shipment arround 190 kilometres hoga same state me hokar bhi 20 dino se customer tak nahi mila

    Salay customer say pickup k time toh qc check nahi kartay ho ap log woh log box may kachra bhi dalta hai toh ap supplier ko return datay ho .
    Kya ap lok bohat jyada peetay ho issay wahiad policy maynay na dekha hai or na dekhna chata hu.
    Bhagwan uthalay meesho k customer care may Jo jo lok kaam karta hai koi call bhi nahi ata.
    Yahi hoga jaab call center may scam karnay walo ko Ecom may naukri milega.
    A Saab doglapan hai .
