I see why they won. They have the greatest idea/concept for this year's Magpasikat and they executed it well. Kudos to Ryan for all the effort and hard work to learn those dances, it's not easy and he did a good job. His passion is evident and I'm sure it touched our hearts. And of course, we all know Jhong would slay anything. Great teamwork. Good job Ryan, Jhong, and all their guest performers, backup dancers, and musicians. Well-deserved win. Congratulations!!!

Being part of a military family (since may dad is also a retired military and my late brother too) really makes our heart fired up again for the love of our country Philippines. i was too busy that i almost forgot that it was their magpasikat week. i just saw it on facebook that ryan and jhong won. then i decided to watch it here. and now i know why they won. it is not just about their performances, it's about their concepts on how they honoured our country and other country too.. for me, this was the best magpasikat winner over 13 years .

So proud of Ryan dancing Filipino cultural same with Jhong doing Korean cultural dance.
It started a little drab but it got better and better & ended on a high note.
21:13 you can see the passion in Ryan’s eyes that he really is pouring his heart on this performance. This guy has no rhythm yet he executed singkil remarkably well!

Made me teary-eyed and so inspired how Ryan transformed from just being a complete stranger coming to a whole new land up to where he is now and his love for the Philippines truly becomes something that we can all be proud of. You truly deserve an honorary Filipino citizenship for being such a great ambassador of Korea to the Philippines and for promoting Philippines to your country like no other has. ngayon ko lang to nakita pero yung performance nila ang galing tiyaka may dalang message na kahit ano pa ang mangyari sa pilipinas meron parin talaga ng maiiwan na friendship ang mga pinoy sa koreana/koreano at meron ka din matututunan sa bawat culture na meron ang pinoy at korean at dito ko din nakita yung friendship na meron nadala si kuya jhong at kuya ryan na meron din ang ibang pinoy at korean na similarities i appreciate watching this kasi may pagkakaisa yung dalawa ng bansa kahit madami sila ng pagkakaiba sa gawi at culture
