Using ESP8266 Nodemcu to Send and Display Data to and from MYSQL Database using PHP.

This is a demonstration of how to use the ESP8266 Nodemcu as a client to send sensor readings to a MYSQL database using PHP script. The information in the database can then be displayed on a web page and can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection.

Worked like magic! Did some modifications on the code since I'm using ultrasonic sensors to monitor distance data. Now that we can send Data from ESP32 to MySQL Database, is there a way to do the opposite? How can we get data from MySQL Database and send it to ESP32? Thank you!

You don't need to censor your IP address since it's probably a local IP address and not Public IP address. Your local IP address is not discoverable on the internet since it's using NAT to mask your local IP to your ISP
