@@FlutterMapp I fixed that issue but now my android licenses command is not working and cocoa pods in installed but after running flutter doctor its seams that cocoapods is installed but not configured

Good question, I should have mention this! Ok so if you follow this tutorial, at the end, you will be able to develop on web and android platforms on MacOS. The installation allow you to code for each platform already. let me know if its not clean. All installation are pretty much the same, download flutter + android studio + visual studio = code with flutter (web, android, apple or MAcOS apps). Finally, let me tell you that Flutter with Web is not good enough, Ive tried to build Fluttermapp.com with flutter but flutter is no ready in my opinion to build complex web apps. Just my opinion.

for cocoa pods what's should be that three line of code ?? instead of MacBook we should write home or anything else
You should write the name of your home. In my case I named my laptop , but you probably have your name as the home file. Let me know if you fixed it
