360 doesn’t get the most movement unless people are surrounding you 🤔 If it’s against one person the most effective is just 45 degree turns because that gives your head the most horizontal movement

Got a question, suppose while ulting her railgun charges to 100 in 0.5 seconds, if I shoot target with primary fire(that charges railgun), does it affect the speed of charging, lets say in 0.3 seconds?
