Amazing! I love Ribbons for they show all of the journeys we’ve made with our Pokémon. We play these games for our silly little creatures and it’s up to us to make a story with them!
Exactly! A big part of the appeal of the Ribbon Challenge for me is the story you can create for yourself and your Ribbon Master(s) along the way. Very similar to what I enjoy about Nuzlockes. There’s so much unexplored potential for ribbon videos on that front, so I wanted to contribute to that!

So I was doing a ribbon quest on a Phione I had. First egg hunt shiny in bdsp. I wanted to do the battle tower but Phione isn’t allowed, which sucked because I can’t shove it in a 3ds or put it in swsh because it’s not allowed to go there. I have gotten every ribbon I can on it but seein how Suicune was allowed back in gen 4 on the da in the battle tower hurts me because I really wanted to get that ribbon.
The good thing for Phione is that if it’s not allowed in the Battle Tower or ranked battles, it’s not required to get those ribbons to be a Ribbon Master. The definition is getting all the ribbons a Pokemon can legally earn starting from the game they were caught in. They don’t need any that aren’t possible for them to have. If Phione has all the ribbons you can legally have on them, they’re a Ribbon Master! Congratulations!! 🥳✨
SirToastyToes has a great video on getting perfect contest stats in every generation, and AustinJohnPlays has a great video specifically about Poffin-making too. The best way to up your Poffin scores is to bring a full team of max friendship Pokemon to Amity Square (easiest way is to get a bunch of Clefairy since they start off with high-ish friendship). Call them all to follow you in the park, then lead them over to the Poffin cooker so they're all watching you cook. From there, you can follow Austin John's recipes for each stat. I found the berries from those pretty easy to grow enough of.
