Exetior messed up and now he can no longer avoid the highests, so actually the Sonic NB true ending is actually a bad ending in secret because Mobius is still under the endless erasure by the highest, Exetior tries to prevent the True Ending but the results made the creation of Chaos Hunter (if Sonic messes up his escape). And by that Sally CN timeline couldn't exist.
Also to note the Sonic NB True Ending didn't actually happen, since it was made in a simulation.
