I'm doing this but I won't lock them this time I will get braids instead and end the journey. It takes a year for my hair to grow 2 inches and I heard it takes at least 4 inches of hair to be able to get braids.
I got 3c/4a curls. Would you suggest using a sponge or a towel for my type? Had some sturdy locs a few years back and decided to bring em back. Anybody got any helpful tips for me theyd be much appreciated. Stay natural kings n queens

This is from my experience. Putting your hair in 4 sections and tying them off. I found that within a week i was growing inches. Only did it at night and till like 10 in the morning. Dont want to overwhelm the scalp. Hope this was helpful
