David Wilcox is the former Head of Security for the TBN Network and bodyguard for controversial late Televangelist Pat Robertson. David sits down with Reggie Edwards to talk all things Pat Robertson. Wilcox opens up about what Robertson was really like behind the scenes when the cameras stopped rolling, when he thinks Robertson's vision changed, how the atmosphere around him evolved over time and more. Robertson also discusses the experience of Robertson running for President of the United States in the 80's and how insane that time was backstage. Finally, he also opens up about what he thought when he saw the crazy things Robertson said on the air in his final years, the backlash he's received from TBN and people close to Robertson as well as how he felt when he found out Robertson had passed away.

A demonstration of Scripture that pride goes before the fall. Every person bears that fallen nature, even the Christian. Yes the old nature is made captive through Christ, but it constantly seeks your attention. Wilcox's analogy of Robertson "selling his birthright" is well put. Different story. Praise the Lord that He is the God of second chances. The problem isn't with Christianity - it is with people who put their eyes on other people or things instead of Christ. I was one of those people and know it COULD happen again. God forbid that it does.
