Cid's atomic is casual shit to Gray tho which makes me surprised to why he's reacting so vibrantly
He deals with Time warping, teleportation, and dealings with fate.
Feats wise he looks weaker on paper compared to Anime Cid but Statements wise he's above Cid and technically a 4th dimensional being
It's also quite interesting when you learn Cid only has the basics of swordsmanship down perfectly; he even stated that Zeta would easily surpass him in swords if she stuck with it.
This is probably manhwa Gray which makes sense why he's so shocked cause in this timeline it's the first time he ever see such feats just saying cause that's the only explanation

Gray can manipulate Aether at will like mana
Use Aether to move mana in ways that he once couldnt
He has the Destruction Rune which allows him to use aether to eat away at anything and everything so long as power is supplied
He merged with his aether core making his body sustained by aether
He's partially asuran now and a descendent of the Djinn who were the ancient mages
He can rewind time locally with Aurora's Requiem
He's immune to all time stopping abilities since he is effectively made of aether
He can warp through space any distance so long as he has coordinates or can visualize the place
He can activate portals
Regenerate so long as he has his core (now that its integrated he can regenerate as long as aether is around)
Using aether enhancements let him even Speed Blitz Agrona and Cecilia
He can create blades of aether which are stated to cut through reality and warp space around them by existing
He can use aether (and even with mana before) to use a skill called Burst Step which let him before step 20 meters in a single step but with aether he can go much further and its explained to be so fair air doesnt keep up
He also has gained insight into FATE itself
Even before becoming Grey he could freeze several miles of terrain in one spell easily
Manipulate space with Beast WIll Stage 3
Freeze Time with beast will stage 1
he could use lightning to speed his reaction time up immensely
Being a white core he could just fly
His aura and rage alone killed mana beasts at one point
And Mind you this is a gross underestimation and oversimplification but White Core Arthur gets No Diffed by Aether Core Arthur (Grey)

Если оценивать саму реакцию внешне, то 8/10. Стиль персонажей очень простой,ну, ничего, с опытом будет лучше.
Но вот характеры... Им будто не более 14 лет🤨 и,между прочим, если объединить время жизни Сида в обоих мирах,то ему больше 30 лет! Он прекрасно знает науки и всю жизнь посвятил боевым искусствам. ,,потому что звучит круто?,,-это ответ ребёнка! Сид сказал бы,что на Земле ядерная энергия является самой разрушительной силой, а он мечтал быть сильнейшим, чтобы не от кого не зависеть.
Несмотря на эти недочёты,эта реакция определённо лучше многих...🙂

It is made very obvious in the anime, LN and manga that Cid read/watched Dragon Ball (and some other things as well like One Piece) so I’m surprised that Cid didn’t recognise Goku at all, other than that pretty good video in my opinion
