@cookiecake01_SG I don't think that's a good idea, bt doing that you are not solving the problem but throwing to another, Rerolling is best thing to do especially considering that if you do you will still face the same problem and also a need for a new investment.

The reason you don't do too much damage with Windswept is coz you barely have piercing on your moves,and meter gain is a meh stat ngl
Ngl I only use meter gain on annie 😭
