Just fixed it. The new one from the dealer was thicker than the broken one. So I guess Opel realized it was a weak construction. And it was a cheap part :). So thanx for the instructions!

@@jamesholt1729 updat: bought a new pin for £3.50 and it went in a lot easier than it was to take out. I do not recommend just getting a new door card, you dont know when the pin in that door will fail. they're built cheap.

the door handle pin on mine was broken. I need to replace it, hopefull it goes in OK. seems very fiddly and not enough room to slot it in.
I just got another door card for £20 with the handle intact. Much easier. Hope that helps

Yes, you are right even the factory one are not good! I’ve got this from scrap yard but another model and it fit so far no problems at all.

What's the best way to put the door panel back on? The bottom of mine is loose...
I have lost screw so I use only for Botton, left and right side and it's ok. @Lloyd is the the screw not good or it's something else wrong?
