Prerna, i have bought a few Uniqlo pieces but over the years and i learnt the drawbacks. The puffy jackets - when kept in the potli for more than a year, are not fluffy anymore. I wore the jacket for one winter and it kept me warm for 10+ degrees but now it does not keep me warm at even 18 degrees because the stuffing has clumped together and does not trap air like before. This is despite my attempts to "re-fluff" it. Also their sweaters are not pure wool and have majority plastic content. This is the same problem with Shein, Zara, H&m sweaters. I think sweaters are the worst item to mix plastic in because to give it the wool feel and appearance, the threads are losely weaved and shed a lot. This is micro plastic that you are inhaling constantly. Justine Leconte did a video on this recently.
Yes I also have same feeling about Uniqlo winter wear ,there inner wears r superb quality but otherwise they r not that much good, as far as price wise also they r expensive,I have used them 10yrs back also ,(bought from Tokyo)
Yes, i have bad experience with uniqlo as well. The sweater shown in the video - shrunk to two sizes smaller after first hand wash. Keep an eye out for the different ways to clean their products.
@rubikscube could you pls suggest me some brands where i can buy sweaters that actually protect from low temp cool weather nd also look like uniqlo...my main concern is it should be cold protective .....

Request - u usually show pieces which are very expensive, no double they can be restyled nd hence an investment, but still for young girl like me, who has just started earning, these are literally a hole in pocket. So I really request u to show pieces in affordable category as well. Thank you ❤️

Been using uniqlo for last 10 years. Have the extra warm and ultra warm thermals. Just wear regular stuff over them. A real gamechanger for travel
