React is an open source javascript library for building user interfaces.
React is a project created and maintained by Facebook.
React has more than a 100 thousand stars on GitHub and a huge community behind it.
React has become increasingly
popular among developers and is also one of the most sought out skill-sets by companies right now.
React has a component based architecture. This lets you break down your application into small encapsulated parts which can then be composed to make more complex UI.
React is declarative.
React will make it painless for you to create complex UIs by abstracting away the difficult parts.
React will handle efficiently updating and rendering just the right components in your application when your data changes.
DOM updates which is one of the more expensive operations is handled gracefully in React.

I am new here, this playlist is from 2018, that must mean you've used React v16 but the latest now is v17.
So, would I face any problems if I follow your course with v17?

Whoa whoa whoa, where was this tutorial when I was scouring for the best React tutorials!? This is an amazing playlist! Definitely on par with another of my favorite (The Net Ninja). You treat your audience like total beginners and explain weird concepts like 'this' and state management so well.

Watched the whole Playlist.... he covers each topic so efficiently and explains concepts such that you will master the concept along starting with basics. Really Great course for complete beginners.
Personally I found his teaching slow so I Watched it with 1.5 or 2 X speed. But the pace with which we understand varies from person to person.

I just started this another course. i come across Vanilla Javascript since 2015, next moving to Angular since 2018, finally landing on react since Oct 2021. Thanks cracks, cuz even i got some udemy courses, but you are simply amazing teacher.

1-const, let
2-tmplate-string
3-litearl objects
4-arrays
5-functions or arrow functions(better)
6-destructuring
7-destructuring objects
8-destructuring arrays
9-promises
10-fetch
11-async await
12-ternary
that was the basic from the course i was doing
after that create a counter app, an then create an account in giphy for developers and create an app fetching data from the api, and repeat the process to masterize it
