以罗是在马来西亚,普遍商店都买得到的一种帮助消化的粉。也称为“水果盐”,有原味、姜味、柠檬、香橙味。它遇水即发,所以搅拌后必须马上蒸。蒸出来的发糕香香甜甜。和酵母发酵的不一样风味。
时间比起来也快速许多。
