    i dunno if you mentioned this in a video before, but why do you use blender for the CAD, and not something like Fusion or Solidworks or Onshape etc?

      @NaeviusUAV  วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      I’m not using it for cad drawing but for sketches and ideas of what goes where so we have a clear plan.

      @@NaeviusUAV cad is so hard for you, that you cannot use it for prototyping and sketches? Btw im an engineer, always prefer SW, not even considering blender for use for any engineering applications. And why didnt show true CAD models, CFD tests, FEM models etc., when you asking for funds?

      @@dmitrijkatkov6525 you can use any software that has 3 axes and you know how to useit., You also need to know the rules of polygons. And have some experience in 3d. Anything is ok. I use C4D. You use boolions for drilling, polygons for walls. and from there is trial and practice,

      @@dmitrijkatkov6525 i mean if its within the ideation stage where the final form of the craft is not defined i think its probably okay to just use blender for looks but personally i would prefer if NaeviusUAV could show us a demo of the electronics (the detecting people part) working , (getting a plane to fly is i think quite trivia) l, after that they can go on openVSP and iterate a nice high efficency design that they can CAD and build then jam all their electronics in

      @@dmitrijkatkov6525Understand where you’re coming from, but you clearly you missed the part in the video where he said he had no experience. Someone who is more experienced asking someone who is a lot less experienced why they didn’t do this or that rubs off the wrong way. No need to come at him so confrontational. Be polite and give him tips.

    9:20 can't you just use a HackRF for this

    • @NaeviusUAV
      @NaeviusUAV  5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      HackRF is also a software defined radio, but more expensive than the rtl sdr dongle I’m using.

    Can it carry a 60mm mortar? (Yes this is a joke)
