Sirf 38 km ki baat nahin hain...road bohut jyada kharab hain(pura off-roading)jyada snowfall,rain, landslide, army stop, itne jyada curves..iske liye 38 km Jane ke
liye 03 hours or more lagta hain..jyadatar gadi phas Jatin hain waha...kyuki 10-15km/hr ki speed se gadi chalti hain...moreover army check gates subah 9am ke baad khulte hain...
So 01 whole day kabhi night ho jata hain ghum ke aane me...aur Nathula,Rohtangla,Khardungla ke jaisa road ache nahin hain and jyada tourist bhi nahin jate....isliye pure din ka paisa
lete hain...5000km for trip and 500 rupees permission...phirbhi jyada hain...

I agree with you brother..
i can understand the situation...
fir bhi budget travelers ke liye jyada lagta hai. sath hi wo jagah normal bhi nahi hai to ye rate sahi bhi ho sakta hai.
vahan kai logo se suna hai ki personal car yaa bike bhi nahi jane dete hai taxi union wale kya ye sahi hai?.

@@MannuManoj ji...China ke saath humare do dispute hain..Laddakh(Aksai Chin ko kabza kar rabha hain China ne) and Arunachal Pradesh,specially Tawang(jodi China Lena chahta hain)...isliye itne jyada restrictions...
