In yr ingredients listed below you say l tablespoon of cumin seeds when in fact you show in your video like a teaspoon of cumin. I did with 1 teaspoon. Result was good. I've made this prawn pickle many times and also given a jar to many of m my friends. All liked it very much . Thanks Varun, l follow many of yr recepes, and all a great success. Here the prawns that we get leaves a lot of water so what i do is i drain it and squeeze the water out and leave it for sometime sometime and then i fry in kadai fr the prawns to ooze out the extra water

Rest everything is OK but u need to fry the prawns first then fry the garlic in same oil then masala in same oil for more flavour...
