Decker truck line driver

Driver 4131 highlighting his skills on hwy17 in Richmond Hill, GA while we all were patiently dealing w morning traffic to right loop to 95 north. He's a pro at this and making good money so it seems. I had come out of TA and he was behind me. He's gotta be number 1 ! Well, he refused to be professional n courteous to the traveling public including CDL drivers. Maybe his safety is involved?
