I dont know they didnt mention anything about the followers requirements but i have read it somewhere that u must have atleast 3k followers for u to see the live option idk if that is real and btw this vdo is so old that why u might not able to see that page if i got any update on the live i will update it in the comments of this vdo and i will post a vdo abt it too but for now u might have to wait
