      Just an update. After looking at this video. I took out the circuit board and service the relay. I'm glad to say its working now. Before the pump wasn't cutting off so I assume the relay contact were sticking. So far its working great. One question though, when the circuit board is out from it assembled position and power is applied to the board, is it normal for the relay to closed? I saw this happening and wasn't sure. But I installed it and its working the way it should. Thanks Randy.

    Thanks for sharing, the only part I'm missing is when the system has reached max pressure meaning the sensor has reached peak level & motor is switched off, how does sensor remain in that position without the system loosing pressure? I'm also failing to understand how the lose of pressure on the discharge side moves the sensor down. My thinking is highly on the mechanical end, please shed some light on this.

      Thanks for watching. If you're not subscribed, kindly subscribe. Referring to your queries, the diaphragm plunger has permanent magnetic, and it triggers the high and low pressure Reed switches. The plunger diaphragm is being pushed by the spring and counter acting on the water pressure inflows. I hope I satisfy you with your doubts. Thanks, and have a great time.

I need to cut the supply to switch it on after closing tap after some time pump switch off automatically but again when I am turning on the tape pump is not working automatically again I have to switch off electric supply. Please guide what could be the reason?❤

    Thanks for the illustration. Really gave an insight. Please, can one unit be used to control two pumps in which one pump is on standby?

    • @LEARNWITHRANDY8
      @LEARNWITHRANDY8  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes possible, but the pressure switch must be reconfigure install at the main supply line of both pumps. Using selector ball valves to select pump to be used to control flow of water. Then your pump control switch selector must be on by which pump to used.

    can this be use shalow well supply with foot valve? and is it better to use pressure tank after this or no need to install it.?

    • @LEARNWITHRANDY8
      @LEARNWITHRANDY8  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can use for shallow well. Not required water tank, since your installing non return valve. Once you open your water faucet and pressure decrease it will pump on and cuts off when your shut the faucet or once it reach shutting off pressure. But if standby pressure not always constant, it will not turn on easily.
