thanks for reply. now i understand and i agree 100% with you. i live in morocco and this ''beating music'' is reaching all minds. i almost don't find anyone who love classical or jazz music. so i thank God cause i find people like you and me in this site... have a nice week...
Excellent! You should come to Brasil to have a good time and have contact with those Brazilian roots artists. Turibio Santos, duo Siqueira Lima, Assad brothers would welcome you here.
Brazilian music is so full of rhythm and swing - which she has - but where are the smiles when those perfect chords are hit. I would love to see her perform pagode/chorinho with the crowd in Andarai - I bet the smiles would be there then.
Absolutely beautiful, lovely playing. Jonegy below commented "where are the smiles...?" I think I detected a little grin around 1:45. She certainly put a smile on my face!
and i would give anything to visit Mexico amigo. got no information about Cervantino ( but i'll look for it!!!) but i'm sure it's interesting and nice as all local events. Romeo and Juliet in ballet is really wonderful.. thanks for next reply..
THIS really deserves more people to talk about. we need a DJ, a classical artist, a rap man, and much more. every one could give his arguments.I believe in the HUMAN more than anything else. But when money is the goal, i really think it turns wrong. I don't know if you find this stupid amigo, but i think we share the same opinions...
@Za7a7aZ This isn't Villa Lobos, it's Hector Ayala, an Argentinian folklore composer/guitarist. This work is from "Serie Americana" (American series), a 7 movements work, where each movement belongs to a different folkloric genre from different South American countries. Like the name implies, this one is a Brazilian "choro"
your english is better than mine!!! and you're completely right. i didn't mean that all beating music was stupid. not at all!!! here is my modest idea: when the ARTIST put something of himself in a melody or a song, when he or she really delivers a message, i think he or she will bring good music, classical, jazz, funky or rap music. no matter the kind, only the message counts..
I can't speak for the guitar but there is no amplification. That's just a mic pointed in her direction. Mics actually produce the best sound for classical guitars
the 4 angels is a product of that deep and solid chinese culture. and their music is just brillant. don4t understand how guys and girls of my generation don4t care about this kind of music and prefer dancing on stupid( sorry) repetitive beating music. with all my respects for all real artists...
well i'm happy to read what you wrote. It's a very confusing subject, i mean nobody can juge all the artists in some words. a classical guitarist can spend 2years to write a composition, a DJ can improvise in one night. what's the difference? all i meant is that i respect those who respect what they do. I used to like Joan Baez (BOB DYLAN'S friend). she did a lot for the youngs of her generation. she wrote excellent texts about FREEDOM and she didn't do it for money..
in these times of troubles, wars and all kind of political abuses, there must be a change. people are dying, some got nothing to eat, others nowhere to go, so speaking music must talk about that, and artists have to put right what many others hava put wrong. sorry i don't find correct words.. i'm sad michael jackson's life turned wrong cause he used to say what we needed to hear.
but when BEATING music is done and used only for commercial aims, when a handsome guy or maked up girl is using his or her nice body to sell not really intelligent music, i respecfully think it's stupid. Look at the lyrics most artist are bringing, you'll see nothing new, nothing intelligent: i love you, you broke my heart, i'll give you my life, when i see u my heart starts beating.... all the same!!!
She has really captured the lilting feeling of a Choro in this performance. Well done!
It's her teacher Chen Zhi know ' Choro feeling. He is a great teacher.
This is the Brazilian way of life. Pure love! Isso é o jeitinho brasileiro. Amor puro!
infact she comes from Brazil for sure

She is a very great guitarist. I hope to listen her in a recital in Italy next future!

These brazilian Villa Lobos stuff are hell to master....
Great playing. This composer reminds me of Garoto
very inspirational!
Congratulations!
sweet music
Probably she is now a session musician for dream theater.
her sound is so pure, can you tell what type of guitar and amplification she is using, please?
Hopf guitars is my memory serves me.
I can't speak for the guitar but there is no amplification. That's just a mic pointed in her direction. Mics actually produce the best sound for classical guitars
what a woman! :) I'm in love
good!

finally some one that hates regeaton (i don't know how to spell it either) as much as i do. Hope you feel the same way about rap music.
Does anyone has this score ?
anyone know of tabs for this one? or an alternate title i can look up?
molto brava

Do you know what a choro is?
where is she now!
She is a Professor of China Central Conservatory of Music.
she is teaching at a university?? which one lol, i would like to know very much haha
Probably all Li Jie's videos has less views than a 30 seconds funny popular video.
@GinoTheSinner lolwut?
About 12?
@afbdreds
She was 15 when she made this recording
no she is 12. in 1993.
@afbdreds You found Internet and she is 30 years old? I am twelve and wat is this
