Great Video!, for a leisure traveler would you say the benefits through FHR is better than having status with a hotel chain ie Hilton diamond or Marriott platinum
Thanks for the tour! I have booked here so many times and ended up canceling to stay at the Swan Reserve. I like being able to walk to two parks and the extra park hours for guests staying at "Deluxe" resorts, but this looks so much nicer than anything on Disney property, save Animal Kingdom Lodge (and that's because they have the savannas). I need to get rid of my Disney bubble FOMO and stay here. Ironically, the prices you quoted for the rooms are cheaper than staying at a Deluxe Disney resort, they are more in line with their Moderate resorts, which are glorified motels. That's nuts to me.
Thanks for the vid. Gonna stay here after getting back from a cruise for one night before going to universal studios. Booked through Amex FHR. Did they let you check in early?
I have a question, I have a platinum status as well, Were you entitled to the elite benefits, even after booking on this hotel through amex?, Im planning on stayin there for 8 nights, booking through FRH to get the amex benefits, but also getting the bonvoy elite status. I know for fact that theres some hotels that doesnt entiled you the elite benefits if you dont book directly.
Yes, I added my Marriott number at booking and it appeared in my account and all points posted as normal. I would say most of my FHR bookings at Marriotts credit this way! Hilton has been hit or miss
Nice video! I think you could improve this video if you check your volume levels. Sometimes you are very quiet to me so I increase the volume and then you are suddenly to loud for me and I have to decrease it again ^^"

I would say that if you're only staying in luxury properties infrequently, it's. a great program instead of chasing status!
Beautiful tour. Considering staying there for a shory trip to Disney.
Thanks for watching!

I arrived later in the day. But Amex FHR can sometimes do earlier- not guaranteed though.
