2x10m Practice Starts
6x30m Resistance Band Sprints (3-4 min rest)
3x10m, 3x20m, 3x30m (6-8 min rest)

As great and convenient as Freelap is, it is not quite accurate enough for 10m work. The detection margin of error is ~20cm per cone, which is 2% of 10m - a nontrivial amount. You need the interval to be longer to reduce the error percentage - or else you need to understand that your times are only approximate, and you can’t get too caught up by ~20-30ms differences…

Why doing plyometrics on the grass? High impact on legs?
It’s safer and gentler on the joints. Don’t want to get hurt.
15 sprints + plyo all in one workout.... Why? I'm glad he's getting long rest periods anyway.
Nah he's doing very short accels and most of them look kinda submaximal, he's not overdoing it imo

Some people will do plyos before because there's a potentiation effect (gets the brain and body thinking about power, and will therefore help the body perform that way in sprinting)
Some people do plyos after because plyos can tire the body and the CNS out and therefore may not sprint as good.
Not really a good idea tbh. Plyo trains nervous system and stretch reflex, which will be exhausted from the sprinting. Best to do them on separate days or at least plyo in the AM and sprinting in the PM.
@@bobdog90sprinting is a priority over all else. Unless he is doing a straight plyo day.
This is good overall though. Hopefully we see 2022 Marvin that almost won the world’s, back
