hey, the alumni of one of the highly selective school recommended me their college and decided to write me rec letter. is that going to improve my chances of getting admitted? thank you very much. P.S I am an international student

It might! Sometimes schools will disclose their admission criteria or application guidance on their website. We suggest looking into the school's website directly for this information. Getting in touch with an admissions rep might help, too.

    Hello 😊
I'm an international student and I wanted to ask if I want to write (in additional information) about the fact that in my circumstance I did not have many opportunities, since all my time (maybe even life)
    ● I spent only at school (in which there is nothing except lessons, not a club, not an organization)
    ● and in the store (helping parents)
    ● and besides, I live in a village.
Will this look like insulting my weak honors or more like complaining? And excuse?
I would be very grateful if you could answer me 🥹❤️

That sounds like it'd be helpful context to explain briefly (just like you did in your comment).
