Are there any reasons why you always +17 ur weap and glove but not the others?

The others are just defense and hp, not really necessary unless I want to get +18 for bonus Crit damage but that's only on mains I do that

That's very average if using Crit damage Penta and all subs have Crit damage
If you have seen my Sieghart, he is around 98% from runes
