The thing is, Alexandra normally doesn’t play a seductress. She tends to play wholesome, averagely beautiful characters. But going further into the story, her character is a reluctant seductress, which makes complete sense.
This was not her negative role. In fact she played the role of a selfless girl who didn’t at all like what she was doing but was only doing it just to try to help her sick mother
Thanks! "...love has no past tense. And one look is enough to remember all your feelings." This was great writing and great line delivery. That look by the leading man at the very end of the story was priceless. I should know his name because he has been in so many films, but it eludes me at the moment. And, what was so great is that I did not recognize Alexandra Soroka in the opening scene. That was great acting and makeup... and not the first time. She did an exceptional job at making the character so real and relatable. It was an excellent portrayal that just sucks you in. You can only feel affection for such a character. She is such a great actor with great screen presence. I can write the same for both actors. Also, thank you for casting the DramatizeMe veteran as the pimp. I love him as the guy you love to hate. The groom and bride are moving on to the next stage of their lives, which is a better one, and leaving behind the previous stage. So there isn't a need to celebrate the previous stage which isn't as good as the next stage. And there's also no difference between committing infidelity during the party and during marriage, so why hire a striper etc to fool around with and risk breaking apart everything? Some would probably not agree, but to me, it's a dumb idea to have such a party.

As a straight guy nice seeing something from our point of view. What makes the story work is not only would he not cheat on his fiancé ( unlike her with Pedro ( and even worse was not bothered with Mia in the room)), but Mia showed she was decent and would not strip when she realized who he was. It is important to note about Mia is she was School Valvectorian which meant she was not only beautiful but smart which means she was “way out of his league” which explains why he was too shy to talk to her. He did not make the same mistake as an adult as he did as a kid. He realized Mia is everything his fiancé was not and all he had to do is show some backbone and walk away from his fiancé and then he could end up with a far better woman in Mia.

with Pedro ( and even worse was not bothered with Mia in the room)), but Mia showed she was decent and would not strip when she realized who he was. It is important to note about Mia is she was School Valvectorian which meant she was not only beautiful but smart which means she was “way out of his league” which explains why he was too shy to talk to her. He did not make the same mistake as an adult as he did as a kid. He realized Mia is everything his fiancé was not and all he had to do is show some backbone and walk away from his fiancé and then he could end up with a far better woman in Mia.
