I have a logo design affixed on my product via USPTO but AMAZON rejected my brand registry bc is not matching ZHEM. I’m based in UK and sell in Amazon US Marketplace…the trademark filing has an appointed US Attorney! And I used Trademark411. Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected. Why did this happen? Please note that the USPTO requires foreign domiciled applicants or registrants to be represented by a U.S. licensed attorney. Any guidance much appreciated!

I cant sell my products under another seller because I searched for unique products that were not offered on amazon its very frustrating.I dont want to ditch the products that I bought so I really want the brand approval so I can sell them on amazon. Its my first products I am an international seller so trademarking the brand is not feesible right now.I sent the pictures with the products in the box and the brand name on the box its self no sticker and its still a problem.I dont know what to do any suggestions? I don't know what the brand is on the product I'm selling. I bought it from a Chinese warehouse. The email receipt doesn't list a brand name just the product name and the address of the warehouse in China. Do I need to register the brand as a professional seller?
I am not sure if I am understanding this correctly. To get brand approval, I would need to get a sample product from my seller with my branding on the item itself or the packaging and send it to amazon to see if it will get approved or not?

Hello I have registered to sell on amazon us from libya and I was approved.it took me few months to make my first listing .after I shipped the inventory to warehouse I find out my account is deactivated due to inactivity 😢 when I try to submit the bank statement and ID again, I can't find my country libya on the drop-down menu!!! ..I can't get past this point and I can't access the rest of the form where I can submit the documents. I have contacted seller central 10times asking them for a way i can submit my documents they keep saying update deposit method..I did chabge it and nothing had changed and my inventory got stranded and I'm about to loose all my money😢 any help will be much appreciated
