My grandparents used mini chimes in all their fields that birds that attracted birds..In their corn fields they had scarecrows staked at different places to ward off crows! The chimes worked perfectly in the rice fields!

The grape vine can dry up and start all over again. In automne, the leaves start falling off, in winter...all the leaves disapear, in spring the leaves come back and in summer you reap. Yet, if there are not 4 seasons....they could behave a bit different. ❤

Have you considered using tinsel christmas decorations on your fruits? The shiny tinsel scares off the birds. That's what l do in my kitchen garden.
