That's 2 readings 2 days in a row of hearing "This won't be forever." This year I finally left an abusive relationship where I was isolated for 5 years. My ex dumped me out on the street with only a backpack in a foreign country so I hit the road and became free again-right before lockdown. Unbelievably true. Deck 1 came in on right time. I was crying and praying and then this video came up
Deck 2: really resonated. I was in a sales job that was crushing me. I have since discovered that I am an empath, quit my job and set up my own business all in the space of about 6-7 months. I finally feel like I am getting my motivation for life back, as if I am finally finding my way to the right path. For the first time ever I have been consistent with a gratitude journal. But just like this reading the only thing that seems to be wavering if my mindset. I am learning for the first time to run my life and my work with my intuition and not my mind.

I'm in a position where I have been feeling drained from my work to the point where I don't even have the energy or motivation to create or do anything toward fulfilling my purpose. A lot of inner conflict going on because I know what I should be doing for myself, but also the fear of going into uncharted territory and being vulnerable and putting my authentic self out there freaks me out. Girl I'm going through it. The hardest battles to fight are the ones with yourself.
Shadaia McIntyre I was terrified to quit my job. But I absolutely knew I wouldn’t be able to be myself working for someone else. I’d always wanted to work for myself I just never knew what I would do to do that. Then whilst pondering over various jobs, and thinking I wouldn’t be able to work for anyone else. It just hit me. I have always loved helping people, I’m super organised, and I had a base of clients already from my existing job. With that in place and about 6 weeks of solid prep - every hour I could spare outside of my full time job I built up the foundation for my outsourced support business and then I went for it. I quit knowing I wasn’t completely ready but I was close enough to work the rest out as I went. The drive for me was reaching a breaking point in my role. I realised I had managers that were narcissists, I was in a sales role which is awful for an empath. I hadn’t understood why I was always so drained and with lockdown it gave me the breathing space from that daily routine to really realise that it was the routine and job that were crushing me completely. I know putting your authentic self out is terrifying. I was petrified what people would think and say when I handed my notice into my job, and announce that I was setting up on my own. But the magic is when you are completely authentic. There’s no feeling like it when people accept you for that. I have had more support from people since being this way than I think I have ever received. I think all people can sense things, and people know when you are yourself and when you aren’t. The response I have had has been incredible. Don’t get me wrong there are definitely some people that wanted / are still thinking I’ll fail. But I have had so many more people tell me that they’ll help in anyway they can, and that support for me being me has just spurred me on more. I’d say sit and really map out the things that really drive the authentic you. For me it was helping people, but I just needed to work out what skills I had and how I could realistically put that out into the world. I hope this helps x

I feel Iike I struggle with the « trusting part » in my life.
