Great video going over your mods!
any reason why on my INT 650 front wheel & handlebar shakes a little going over 40mph. I have about 1,600mi.
Thanks!
This video will help you a lot.

Have thought about getting a lithium battery, could help in shedding more weight.
Btw you got the best customised int in India. I have a bakers express bs6, slowly customising it to my liking. Your video is one of the reasons I got a INT. Keep up the great work. Cant wait see the mods for the Himalayan.
Lithium battery is what I am researching on! And WOAH!! thank you so much for this comment! Made my day! ❤️
I'm planning to buy Continental GT or Interceptor. Which one do you recommend? I don't go long tours. Mostly city ride and may be 20-30 kms if I've to go long inside CIty or City Outskirts.
I was in the same dilemma. I was dreaming of Gt for last 3 years but I bought interceptor this month after 5 test rides of GT.
Gt is just not practical.
Are you happy with stock stopping power of brakes or you changed it
@@SrinivasGanesh does the abs takes it longer, I'm asking coz I have listed from many youtubers and abhinav too
Hey man, appreciate the video. Just wondering how the YSS shocks have worked out for you. Have they sorted out the ride as much as you hoped? Thanks
Hi Srinivas. So I am planning to change my bike’s tyre and at the same time installing tubeless kit. You have mentioned outex kit but I’m not able to find it online as it is out of stock. So can you please recommend any other kit?
Hey Sri
About the full system exhaust. Will it affect the pollution certificate, given there is no catalytic converter.
Hey ... new fan of yours and ... been searching for some quality content on this bike ... you make the best videos out here ... planningto buy an interceptor very soon !
I wanted to also ask .. what is costom duty ? And how is it regulated?
thank you so much for watching my videos! I really appreciate it! Customs till now is very random to be honest. And there isn't any information out there about how specific. For example, the tail lamp that I ordered from Hitchcocks, came out to be defected, I paid about INR 1,700 on that as customs. They sent a replacement and I paid INR 2,200 on that free item. lol
Sir please tell us how good is the outex kit, I've already had 3 punctures on my tube tyres, its really a pain
I have updated the links to the products that I talked about in this live video. Check out the description
Nice additions
Aesthetically and functionality improved 👍👍👌👌👏🏻👏🏻
With those accessories price we can have another commuter motorcycle 😂😂😂
Just another perspective 😃😃
hahaha you sure can. These are just some tasteful mods. Might have been cheaper had I lived in another country. lol
Hi Sree, not sure what I was looking is true or not. Is the headlight is on without key is on? Or it is just an illusion at the beginning of the video? 🧐🧐
@srinivas how much difference you have found in stability and compoaure of bike at speeds after YSS suspension upgrade.
the bike's handling has changed phenomenally! Hence, I said towards the end of the video. IF you have the budget for anyone of the performance mods for the interceptor 650, I highly recommend getting the front suspensions changed to YSS.
Would you go for a short seat conversion?
Also, since scrambler 650 is down the line would you get its 17 inch rear and 19 inch front rim? (because a lot of tyres are available at these sizes)
Nope, I have two really good seats. No point in spending more on another seat.
And too soon to say.
paint the seat black, i thi k it will really look dope in black! and make a video on it!! 👍🏼
Whats your thought on the dismotech tubeless 17inch spoke rims and are they worth it and trustable?
heard some decent reviews on them, but very few TH-cam videos on installing them. I'll wait for more people to try that first then I can talk about it.
with those birds tweeting, I remembered your helmet review bloopers. guess it's been a couple of years but I still remember that video. 🤣
btw how do you have space for 2 bikes?
Hahaha we all started from somewhere. LOL
I have a pretty big parking space.
Hi Srinivas
I tried swapping the Himalayan handle bar after seeing your video but then the hole on the handlebar to lock the switch gear on either side of the bar is a little big and once fixed the unit keeps shaking. Did you have the same issue if so how did you address it. Thanks.
Nope I did not have that issue. Might want to add some kind of a washer to it. But this is very rare, since that handlebar is a direct fit on the interceptor 650.
Brother, can you please mention the part code for the black engine casing and others? It would really helpful for a lot of people.
Yes, I had to step out. Will be back home by 9pm, will add everything. Rest assured.
Sir I'm not able to find these kemi moto mirrors anywhere. If possible could you please drop a link?
That is because they have not yet added that to their amazon india page yet.
you can check these out.

Check spark plugs, magnetic coil set up, the latter is more likely!
thank you for your suggestion, I did check it but that was intact, so batter it is.
First issue of Not starting :- Mostly caused by Power wash. Electricals suck on INT 650, unnatural water forces are the worst Enemy. My guess is its RR unit issue, But let us know. lol
Changing Spark Plug to NGK :- Honestly if you are running the same temperature plugs, There is not much performance gains even on Dyno. I have spoken with people who basically tune Race spec Yamaha and Honda that for INT 650 Stock BOSCH spark plugs are the best. But again, if you are running a full spec ecu mods etc etc then NGK plugs make sense.
Changing to full system exhaust :- If you are running Stock ECU map, on aftermarket header and exhaust. Its gonna do funny(bad) things to your bike which you do not want at hand. Yes Booster Plug will some what correct the air ratio. But suggest to Run a power commander or a Piggy back ECU for engine longevity.
P.S I know you are friends with Abhinav Bhatt. Take his suggestion. Dude is a knowledgeable person when it comes to performance. Not as much as me he he he.. but yeah dude knows his s*it 👍
oh yeah absolutely I will install a piggy back ECU when installing a full system exhaust since the stock ECU can't handle all that jazz. With more power comes the addition of better brake pads since if you are going fast you also need to stop fast. LOL! Brembo sintered brake pads will be added, along with performance oriented clutch plates. Hence researching more. :)
I try not to get a power wash, and I wash the bike once in 3-4 months. I keep it clean everyday with a lot of labour of love and a whole lotta elbow grease. he he.
But this is the first time this battery issue has popped up, in 4 years. My speculation is batteries also have an expiration date, so maybe it is time to get a new battery.
earlier it was a relay issue which was resolved.
th-cam.com/video/T0GD4slEOuM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=2lZ5-T_pZIWCer7b
My suggestion would be to first upgrade your breaks, so you can get used to the bite before the actual performance mods. But that's just a suggestion, because its you who have to tame the bull later regardless. I am running a NISSIN pads straight from Japan with stock calipers. I have shocked quite a lot of 800+cc Sports and tourers keeping up with them with my puny 650 lol, But where I lack are the breaks. I cannot go from 160 kph to 100 like they do and its extremely hazardous for me.
Yes it could mostly be the Battery in your case, 4 years is a lot to ask for RE battery. Suggestion would be to go for those green Amaron Battery. Dude, mine is like a 2019 INT650, the amount of electrical jazz I have seen her put-up is mindboggling. lol I am happy that there is one INT650 owner out there with no RR unit issue . That's another pain in the butt as you add more tech to the Bike the RR unit just wont handle.
I literally had to fight with Race Dynamics to add a extra Resister, give them proofs and what not on their old V3 ECU stalling after certain kilometers. just for that fact that you cannot change the RR unit structure, and have to work around its electrical parameters given to us by RE. Its fixed now on V4 ECU. But I know the pain lol. Do you know anyone who has after market electrical Relay..?? Yup I do, I am so paranoid that I have installed it with Di electric grease. @@SrinivasGanesh
haha yes yes, first on the list was to renew the insurance, LOL. 🤣, then, when month ends, get new brake pads and make a video on installing them. I am only running LED headlight bulb, led indicators and a usb accessory with a 12V relay for blinking at a normal rate and 4pin relays. No other electrical jazz on the bike.@@officalJalgara Yep, no RR issue yet. :)
And lol on the electric grease.
Live video and your battery died 😳 bad luck too bad but you kept going.👍
Hahaha yeah. Battery died last night. I couldn’t have done anything.
Fortunately another content idea, will replace battery and make a video on that. First time in 4 years changing battery. Lasted quite long if you ask me.
You are breathing so heavily, you all good mate?
Edit: Ah you were pushing your bike, alright alright
First of all I’m so sorry that your motorcycle won’t start.
You have put up such a lovely detailed video on TH-cam hands down it was more like a master class brother nowadays it’s all about show off and zero knowledge but you proved other wise and I don’t know about the rest but I loved every second of this video and got to learn so much new brother more power to you 👊🏼
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for watching the video!
