oh yeah! Ask for discounts ( and ask your credit card card company to give you a lower interest rate- you'd be surprised how often they WILL!- the first person to answer the phone may not have the authority to do this, so just ask for their supervisor, and THEIR supervisor if necessary, until you reach someone who is able to authorize it! Rinse and repeat every 6 months, while you pay off the darned things and get RID of them all. NO living off loans!!! That road will not lead to WEALTH! Thanks for this great video.

I am under a lot of stress at this time. When I was researching health issues to help me stay healthy so that I could care for, and be here for my husband who has undergone a cancer surgery, and is facing another procedure at 80 years old. I was reading that cortisol from stress, is one of the main reasons we gain weight, and cortisol is a result of stress. I now rely on the stretching, weight lifting, walking, and floor exercises. It was explained that those high intensity exercises, are stressful for some people, who are all ready stressed, and the result is weight GAIN. Odetta, you may have to bury that hammer, do gentle exercises, and eat half of the cocoa bread. LOL Another good video!!

I was just talking to my friend yesterday talking about the ad's being about what we look at online. I started putting my savings in with my bills and in 2022 I didn't touch it no matter what. I just counted it and it's over $10,000!! I also did sinking funds for multiple things we need money for every year like Christmas, glasses, vacation, 3-6 month expenses, pets, birthdays etc. It's taken so much stress off of me. I'm thinking about turning a thousand into a million like you showed in your video
